Moira Cosmetics worked with the creative agency to bring the KCON 2025 booth to life. The agency designed an immersive experience that showcased three new product looks, allowing attendees to try them on virtually and then experience them in real life at the booth.
Client Ask:The agency’s solution was a pastel-vibing, fully immersive booth that combined interactive virtual try-ons with beautifully curated product displays. Visitors enjoyed giveaways, a relaxing lounge area to connect with friends, and Instagram- and TikTok-friendly backgrounds, making it easy for them to share their looks across social media.
Agency Solution:For the KCON booth, we took the experience a step further by capturing all of the looks in real life and uploading them to Moira Cosmetics' social feed. This allowed a wider audience to see the new looks as they unfolded in real time.
We then encouraged our followers to post their own interpretations of the booth looks by tagging us, creating a wave of user-generated content that amplified the buzz and brought the new looks to life across the digital space.
MetricsWe saw a 40% increase in visitors compared to the previous year. Virtual try-on engagement: Over 5,000 virtual try-ons were recorded during the event. Social media reach: The campaign generated 2 million impressions across Instagram and TikTok. User-generated content: We received 1,200 tagged posts using the campaign hashtag. On-site conversions: 25% of booth visitors made a purchase or signed up for future updates.
